HR friends: Our Winter 2023 workshop has been built for HR pros who want to learn how to turn their personal and organizational values into concrete action. This is a deeply personal training program for leaders and a deeply impactful step to take for your organization.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand how HR and people practices are perfectly positioned to create more equity, justice, and humanity—in your organization and in the world;

  • Identify HR practices you can start/stop/change TODAY to start having an impact;

  • Develop or refine your organizational values and understand what they mean in practice;

  • Create systems of leadership accountability that are transparent and repeatable;

This workshop is:

  • A small group experience with actionable frameworks and live coaching;

  • Built specifically to teach HR professionals and executive leaders how to build organizational culture and practices that are radically equity-focused and human-centered;

  • Delivered in four 60-minute sessions over four weeks beginning January 19, 2023;

  • Packed with live learning, written resources (like templates!), and an opportunity to connect with like-minded HR practitioners.

Our deep experience in inclusive and transformational management practices can help you move that needle so your current employees love your organization and future employees can’t wait to work with you. This is a full mindset shift and a deep dive into how decisions are made at your organization, backed up by systems so you can take real action.

  • Have concrete next steps for transforming your HR practice into a tool for justice and equity;

  • Know how to guide your organizational leadership team toward operationalizing equity principles;

  • Immediately stop the harm caused to employees by old-school, profit-focused HR practices (that don’t help anyone, including managers and owners!)
