  • evaluate your policies and practices with an equity framework

  • establish a process for centering equity and core values in your decision-making

  • identify where old patterns of thinking are getting in your way

  • build your capacity for coaching your managers

  • own your seat at the leadership table

Throughout our engagement, we work side-by-side with you so you’re poised to continue the work after we’ve wrapped up.


Your Success

Our 1:1 program includes three months of targeted guidance that is shaped around what you and your organization need. You’ll have ongoing access to your coach for tricky questions that come up along the way, along with templates and other resources for making concrete changes.

We’ve successfully supported organizations and leaders through all kinds of strategic initiatives, and we’ll move the needle for you too! Previous work includes:
